"This opportunity to visit Fave’s office blew my mind. We arrived at the office and were greeted with so much enthusiasm, not only from the person in charge of touring us, but the staff members that we met along the way as well. As we toured through the office, we found out Fave really emphasized on work-life balance. Rules that were usually enforced by an office such as a strict dress code and working hours were relaxed at Fave. In addition, I really love how they positively motivate their staff with facilities like the pool table and console games while maintaining their productivity, or dare I say, boosting it higher than expected. From what I have observed, the people working there always have a smile on their face. Their offices and discussions are packed with laughter and happiness, which in my point of view, is the best situation a team, an office or a company can ask for."
